Dubravko Naumov was born in Skopje, Macedonia. He graduated from the Faculty of  Fine Arts in Skopje,Macedonia in 1993 and received his BDES degree from the OCAD University, Toronto in 2006. Throughout his artistic career he consistently exhibits in Europe, Canada and Japan. He lives and works in Toronto, Canada.
